It's always great. They call as soon as the car is ready. The service we always get (oil change, sometimes rotation n car wash) is excellent. If you stay and wait for your car, they have great coffee and a comfortable waiting area! You can't go wrong. We only go here for our Tahoe services.

My car was worked on in Oct and after spending 1040.00, it still did the same thing. I brought it back to the dealer and was charged approximately 190.00 as a diagnostic fee. They couldn't find the problem after keeping my car over a week. I shouldn't have to pay for poor workmanship, twice. I also was not offered to have the old parts that were replaced to test it to see if it really needed replaced. Bottom line was that I was charged a lot of money twice and the problem remained. One a positive note my service advisor was very helpful and nice.

I used the service department at Coleman Motors Inc. in New Boston, Texas and was less than pleased with my recent experience. The check engine light came on in my vehicle and the specific alert I was receiving by email and on the app was pertaining to the emissions system and ABS. I sought the advice of the service department, told them about the alerts, and gave more detail as to how my vehicle was behaving. I left my vehicle with them at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, December 25, 2025 and asked if there was a lender vehicle they could lend me so that I could travel to work. The service assistant said that wasn't possible. I let a few days pass because I didn't want to rush any work. When I reached out the following week, I couldn't get ahold of anyone in the service department. Each time I would call, someone from the dealership would tell me that there was no one at the service desk. The person on the phone would take my name and number and would assure me that someone from service would call me back. After several attempts on multiple days, someone finally reached out to me the afternoon of Wednesday, December 2, 2025 and told me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I had someone drive me to the dealership where I was told that the total for all parts and labor was $4,460. Before leaving the dealership, the service assistant told me that, while they fixed all of the issues I brought the vehicle in for, my vehicle might need additional services in the near future that would cost me about the same in parts and labor as this time. As soon as I got in the vehicle, the check engine light was still on for the exact issues I took it to be serviced for. I had two outside individuals look at my truck. Both of these individuals used a code reader, looked under the hood, and confirmed that the check engine light was on for the same issues. Due to poor communication and the inability to properly service my vehicle, even when a high price was paid, I will not be using this dealership/service department in the future.
